Della Tall
Founder and Principal
Della leads Rainier Strategy’s work in commercial real estate, business growth, and operations. Her current consulting work includes commercial real estate development, property sales, and projects involving 1031 exchanges. She provides owner-side leadership from planning through execution.
Her background includes founding GoLab, serving as General Manager with Victoria Clipper, and owning and managing multifamily and short-term rental properties. She has bootstrapped and led businesses from inception through profitability and exit, with experience building teams, developing business opportunities, and managing both major projects and daily operations.
Della brings an owner’s perspective to consulting, drawing on her experience building businesses and managing real estate investments. She advises clients on project strategy and commercial decisions and leads execution, balancing financial objectives, timelines, and operational requirements.
Robert Casey
Robert brings more than two decades of experience leading capital projects, GMP site startups, and technical operations in the biopharmaceutical industry across the U.S. and Europe. His background includes leadership roles on capital projects and facility startups for major biopharmaceutical manufacturers, including Pfizer, Novartis, and Regeneron.
Throughout his career, Robert has led cross-functional teams through large-scale facility startups, operational expansions, and technically demanding projects with aggressive timelines and significant operational complexity. His experience spans project execution, operational readiness, stakeholder leadership, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business teams.
Robert’s foundation in mechanical engineering informs his practical, systems-oriented approach to complex operational and capital project environments.
